This week we will read stories and discuss who helps animals.
We reviewed the letter r and its sound. (Jonathan)
We wrote our new spelling words in small groups today! (Phin)
We read the story A Perfect Visit and identified the setting and characters.
In math, we started talking about subtraction. (Bennett)
We met with our writing partners before we started writing in writing workshop. (Callie)
We talked about ways we keep our schools safe and how we can help by being responsible!

*The kids earned another class celebration for their 10th team star! They voted to bring a stuff animal to school this Friday! Please make sure it fits in their backpack, if not please choose a smaller one.
